I do not recommend this company, Outdoor Kitchen and Pools.
In my experience, the project was not completed within the timeframes that were communicated, and the work remains unfinished.
After payment was made, significant delays occurred, communication became inconsistent, and the company relied on the position that the contract did not specify a final completion date, despite timelines having been discussed during the process.
Due to these issues, this matter has been escalated and is currently under review by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).
Based on my personal experience, I would advise consumers to carefully evaluate and proceed with caution before contracting with this company.
